Weight Management

We offer a variety of weight management services and have something for every interest and level. When we speak to you we will ask you a couple of questions and then decide together which service is right for you.

Smoking

Cancer

Older People’s Services

We provide a range of tailor-made services across Halton and St Helens to improve the physical, social and mental health of the over 50s. We aim to work with the community for long-term improvement, not short-term fixes.

Children and Families

We run a range of free courses and classes to help you and your family get fit and healthy. From breastfeeding through to healthy eating and exercise, our team of health professionals are just a phone call away.
